[Know your rights!] Dawn raids by the French Competition Authority’s investigators in the agricultural inputs sector: the need to be prepared and to react immediately. A period of uncertainty for the companies concerned:
- How can they tell whether the raids stem from a tip-off, for instance a leniency application by one of the companies involved in the practice under investigation? There are signs that help determine this and prepare a (very) quick response to try to minimise a future fine;
