Portrait of Antoine Meyer-Woerth

Antoine Meyer-Woerth advises and represents clients on competition, distribution and consumer law.

Antoine Meyer-Woerth is a member of the Paris Bar. He advises clients on every aspect of competition, distribution and consumer law.

He works with international companies on both advisory and contentious matters, and recently spent several months on secondment at Converse’s headquarters in the Netherlands, overseeing contractual relationships and distribution networks across EMEA.

He handles often complex cases involving anti-competitive conduct and restrictive trading practices (abrupt termination, free-riding and the like), and represents clients before the French Competition Authority, the DGCCRF and the European Commission. His work also covers economic regulation, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, and the compliance of marketing and advertising practices, particularly in retail and consumer goods.

Antoine holds an MS LLM in International Law and Management from HEC Paris and a master’s in International and European Law from the University of Amiens. He trained at leading firms including Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner and KPMG Avocats.
