Profile
Hector Gitton-Quent practises competition, distribution, consumer and regulatory law, both advisory and contentious.
Hector Gitton-Quent joined Rive Gauche Avocats as an associate when the firm was founded, having worked at law firms (notably LPA-CGR and KPMG Avocats, in Emmanuel Tricot’s team) and in the legal departments of major French groups (Louis Vuitton Malletier, Capgemini, Plastic Omnium).
He has extensive experience of competition and distribution law, commercial contracts and disputes, restrictive trading practices and consumer law, as well as technology law, gained in-house.
He practises French and EU competition law (antitrust, merger control, restrictive trading practices), distribution, consumer and regulatory law, both advisory and contentious.
Hector holds a master’s (Master 2) in Competition and Contract Law from the University of Versailles.
