Rive Gauche Avocats is a team of lawyers who care about sharing their knowledge and experience.

Over two days, in partnership with SKOLAE Formation, Emmanuel Tricot and Julia Dao ran an interactive competition law course for the legal teams of companies in grocery retail, wines and spirits, and energy distribution.

The aims:

  • Identify the different types of anticompetitive practices
  • Anticipate and deal with risky practices within the business
  • Master the procedural rules of competition authorities and the competent courts

Some fundamentals, cases, examples and practical exercises. More than training, a chance to build skills interactively in order to identify and minimise the company’s risk in its dealings with suppliers and distributors, partners and competitors.
