The arbitration commission of the recently created Chambre arbitrale de la grande distribution (CAGD) has just approved and registered our partner Emmanuel Tricot as one of the CAGD’s arbitrators, recognising his expertise in dispute resolution, litigation, arbitration and mediation.
Emmanuel has a well-balanced knowledge of the retail sector, having alternately assisted both major retailers and global, national or local suppliers, active in a wide range of sectors (food / EGalim, DIY, clothing, cosmetics and perfumes, human or animal health products, luxury goods, etc.).
