Topics included legislative changes likely to affect the 2027 negotiations, lessons from the 2026 round, the clauses to provide for and negotiate in supplier–distributor agreements, financial benefits, logistics agreements and logistics penalties, and payment terms and the related inspections.
The conference brought together members of parliament, DGCCRF officials, judges, company representatives and lawyers.
