Profile
Gaël Peyneau practises corporate, contract and commercial lease law, both advisory and contentious, drawing on more than ten years spent running businesses.
Gaël Peyneau has practised as an avocat since 2004.
Before joining the profession, he spent more than ten years running businesses in a range of sectors.
After starting out at Simon & Associés, he set up his own firm in 2007, focusing on corporate, contract and commercial lease law, both advisory and contentious.
He also holds a licence as a real estate agent.
He has taught contract and tort law at Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
He is a graduate of Paris II Panthéon-Assas University, where he completed Professor Hervé Synvet’s postgraduate programme (DEA) in business law.
